traditional 20% gratuity, 8.5 % tax and delivery (if applicable) will be

Available in house within certain time restrictions.
Selections from a higher tier moves your price to the higher tier’s

Extra Items
and Arrangements
AUDIO VISUAL - A sound system is available at the cost of $300.
SOUND & LIGHTING - An in-house speaker system is available. Arrangements
may be made directly with our sound coordinator.
BARTENDER - $175 per bartender, plus tax and gratuity.
CORKAGE FEE - $20 per bottle for wine.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS - A non-refundable deposit of $500 for
parties of less then 50 and $1000 for parties over 50 will be required
to confirm a reservation. The balance of estimated charges will be due
five (5) days prior to the event. Other billing arrangements may be
established with approval of Octavia Lounge’s event adviser and does not
eliminate the booking fee.
FINAL GUARANTEE
- The final number of guests must be submitted to the event adviser
within three (3) business days prior to the event. There will be a
charge for this number, even if less attend. Should the host not provide
the count, the estimate on the Banquet Event Order will be considered
the guarantee.
ROOM SET-UP FEE
- $250 fee will apply for events under 20 guests.
LINEN - Upon Request. Fees vary
RENTALS - Any rental items requested will be charged at invoice, plus
15% (applicable items would be heaters, chair covers, linens, dance
floor, piano, etc.
WEDDING CAKE - $9 per person/per slice if provided by Octavia Lounge or
$3.50 per person cake-cutting and serving fee if provided by client.
PRIVATE PARTY POLICIES
Parties of six or more are requested not to open separate checks.
An 20% gratuity will be
added to all checks covering parties of six or more people.
We can configure dining tables to seat guests in groups of
4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 or 20. We also have a private dining room for
private parties of up to 50 people. If you wish group seating or would
like to make use of our private dining room, these requests must be made

(For private parties) We must take a deposit in order to guarantee a
private party reservation. The deposit amount will be based upon
how many people you anticipate, when your party is scheduled, and what food arrangements
have made. Room charges are applicable and will be incorporated
into your contract dependent on time, day or date, and season.
Reservations will be confirmed upon swift receipt of deposit.
Room charges guarantee with a reservation that potential business may be
excluded from use of the facilities therefore are not necessarily
refundable. A setup fee is generally added to each contracted
event. Substantial changes to your menu must be made AT LEAST
72 hours in advance, preferably more. Failure to give proper notice may
result in additional charges.
